North Point Computers - Custom Order Hardware Policy

1. Custom Order Items: Any parts ordered specifically for a customer's requirements are custom orders.

2. No Returns: Custom ordered items cannot be returned for refund.

3. No Refunds: Once a custom order has been placed, no refunds will be provided.

4. Labor Charges: Labor charges are non-refundable once work has been performed.

5. Special Order Fees: Any special order fees or deposits are non-refundable.
